You must Try This Workout.

I have attempted many forms of exercise : weightlifting, martial-arts, swimming, running and so on. Now I do not mean with sparring gear on, getting hit in the head.

I am referring to either employing a punch bag by yourself, or smacking mitts with a coaching partner. The workout is exhausting and also kind of a stress reliever.
