Keep doing this for 10-20 mins, and you have got a great fat burning workout. If each single muscle in your body is trying to control the right movement of Kettlebell swing, snatch, or clean, then you better believe that you aren't only getting a total body workout, but are also boosting your metabolism rate in the midst.
